Pre-Marital Coaching

We’ve all heard the stat that around 50% of marriages end in divorce. Not surprisingly, only about 30% of couples get pre-marital coaching.

My wife (Kaycee) and I have been married for 14 years, each of them more wonderful than the last. Ok, that’s partly true. Every marriage has its ups and downs. Both of us came from divorced parents and wish we’d had more guidance when we were first starting off. Since then, we’ve sought God’s guidance and Biblical counsel that has been a huge blessing to our marriage. But what about the person starting where we were, without any help?

That’s where SYMBIS comes in. SYMBIS stands for “Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts” which is an insightful book and an assessment. The SYMBIS Assessment is a premarital counseling tool, developed by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott, designed to help couples gain insights and prepare for marriage by addressing various aspects of relationships, including communication, conflict resolution, and financial and spiritual well-being.
